Originally from Los Angeles, California, Nikki Iv has studied Violin since the age of 4 with Ludmila Adzhemova and has completed Santa Monica College’s Applied Music Program where he studied with Andrea Sanderson. He currently studies with Moni Simenon at California State University, Long Beach. Nikki Iv has performed in venues all over the Los Angeles area and the United States, such as Carnegie Hall, the Broad Stage and the Wallis Annenberg Center for Performing Arts. He began his studies in conducting with Jeremiah Selevy and the Santa Monica College Choirs and is currently studying with Juan Mercedes Musotto and the Santa Monica College Symphony Orchestra where he serves as its Librarian and Assistant Conductor. Nikki also a section violinist in Culver City/Marina Del Rey Symphony and serves as their orchestral librarian. Nikki hopes to bring a positive, new and inclusive light onto classical music as well as inspire future generations to appreciate and support the arts.
